Refund policy

To return a product it must be unused and be in its original packaging, we must receive it back within 14 days of being signed for, and you must have approval from us to return the product. Unsuitable items can only be accepted back for a refund providing that they have not been used or installed and the wire of the light hasn’t been cut. They should be returned with the original packaging to ensure the product is not damaged on the return journey. The cost of returning the unsuitable goods is at the expense of the customer. If Lumina Lighting is at fault we will cover the cost of the return.

Under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, anything you buy from a retailer must be: of merchantable quality. fit for its normal purpose, and reasonably durable. as described, whether the description is part of the advertising or wrapping, on a label, or something said by the salesperson.

You are entitled to a refund, a replacement or a repair.

If the item is not faulty, you have no rights to a refund or exchange. The same applies if goods are the wrong size, unless they are clearly not the size described
